FORWARD Nick Wright has joined Lincoln City on a one-year contract following a disappointing year with Conference Premier champions Mansfield Town.
Wright signed for Mansfield on a free transfer last summer but found first-team opportunities hard to come by and only managed four starts and one goal for the Stags in their promotion-winning campaign.
The 25-year-old had more success during spells with Tamworth (2007 – 2010) and Kidderminster Harriers (2010 – 2012); scoring 27 times in 79 games for the Lambs and 23 in 82 for the Harriers.
He will be hoping his move to Sincil Bank will see help him rediscover his form in front of goal and result in the Red Imps improving on their 16th-place Conference Premier finish in 2012/13.
