SIMON AINGE and Danny Spiller have had their Luton Town contracts terminated.
Ainge, 25, joined the Hatters on an initial one-month loan from Guiseley in September last year, a move that was later extended and then made permanent in January.
The former Bradford City defender, who captained England C against Beligum shortly before his move to Kenilworth Road, leaves the Hatters having made 27 appearances.
Spiller arrived at Luton last summer, signing a two-year deal with the Hatters following spells with Gillingham, Millwall, Wycombe, Welling and Dagenham & Redbridge.
However, an Achilles injury kept him sidelined throughout the 2012/13 Conference Premier campaign and the long-term prognosis of the injury doesn’t look good.
