STEVE CLARIDGE has signed four new players for Salisbury FC, taking the number signed up for the new season to 17.
The Whites kick off their Wessex League Premier campaign on Saturday, August 8 at Brockenhurst and secured an impressive 2-1 win over a young Bournemouth side last week.
Joining Claridge at the Ray Mac are Matthew Burt, George Colson, Mark Ford and Kane O’Keefe who all signed deals after the Cherries game.
Centre-back Burt, 21, played for Folland Sports last season while right-back Colson, also 21, is a former Portsmouth youngster who turned out for Newport IoW last term.
Ford, who scored the winner against Bournemouth, was with Weymouth last season and once scored all four goals in a 4-0 League Cup win over Poole.
The final new face is 26-year-old midfielder O’Keefe who has previously turned out for Bemerton Heath Harlequins and Laverstock & Ford.
