Hamworthy Recreation stay in pole position on goal difference despite their 5-3 defeat at Cranborne.

The Cranes took the lead in the 10th minute with a strike from Greg O’Mallo before Hamworthy drew level on the half-hour with a goal from Luke Stone.

Graham Antell restored the Cranes’ lead just after the break but Recreation equalised in the 66th minute, Luke Stone with his second of the afternoon from the penalty spot.

Then the Cranes stunned Hamworthy with two goals in six minutes through Adam Beattie 74th minute and Samuel Joy in the 80th.

In the 84th minute Wayne Hole reduced the arrears only for Cranborne to put the game beyond doubt in the 90th minute with a goal from Gary Clarke.

This was the Cranes third win and it takes them out of the bottom three.

Holt United missed the chance to move top after going down by the odd goal in five at Tintinhull.

The hosts were one-up at the break through Adam Clements in the 38th minute but the visitors hit back five minutes into the second half with a strike from Dave Perry.

Tintinhull restored their lead on the hour through Max Herrington, only for Holt to come back again with a goal from Peter Richmond-Cole.

However, it was Tintinhull who took the points with a goal from Oliver Pearson.

This was Tintinhull’s fifth win and they are now in seventh place, while Holt are in fourth after their second defeat of the campaign.

remain the only unbeaten side in the League following their 7-0 away win at Merley Sports.

Mike Taylor bagged a brace with goals in the 14th and 52nd minutes, Reynold Turnock got on the scoresheet in the 28th minute, Mike Rousell in the 31st, Andrew Norris in the 69th, Daniel Golden in the 70th minute and Patrick Golden in the dying embers of the match.

This was Town’s tenth win and takes them up into third place, level on points with the leaders with two games in hand.

Chickerell United moved up into sixth place with their third win in a row – beating Blandford United 3-0 – Sean Stewart, Joshua Why and Joshua Tennant with the goals.

This was the Royals’ fourth defeat in a row as they slip into the bottom four.

Reserves moved up into twelfth place with a single-goal victory over their visitors Reserves.

The only goal of the game was scored by Chucky Taylor in the 62nd minute.
